Spring Pilot Group
The first round of Staying Sane will run as a four-week pilot group beginning in April.
This pilot will help shape the future of the group and create the first small community around the project.
Choose one weekly session to attend throughout the pilot.
Friday Group Fridays at 4:00 PM EST (4/3, 4/10, 4/17 & 4/24)
Saturday Group Saturdays at 12:00 PM EST (4/4, 4/11, 4/18, 4/25)
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and takes place on Google Meet.
Groups will be kept intentionally small to support thoughtful conversation.
What to Expect
• A short guided meditation
• Reflection on a weekly theme
• Open conversation with the group
• Time to slow down and reconnect
You can listen, share, or simply sit quietly. Participation is always optional.
No meditation experience is required. The tone of the group is thoughtful, relaxed, and welcoming.
Staying Sane is not about self-improvement or fixing. It is a shared virtual space to pause from the pace of modern life, reconnect with ourselves, and remember how to be human together.
